I get tired of all the people on Facebook selling fitness programs. And I get tired of the perfectly staged photos of crochet projects with perfect lighting and perfection.
For today, let's not pursue perfection :)
Maybe instead, do just a little bit.
Just 5 minutes of meditation. Or switch out water for soda? Park a little farther away. Smile at someone who may go unnoticed?
